Please see the available Financial Assistance programs to assist families in financial need and to help children participate in organized sports.  Families are responsible for applying for these programs.  Awarded money is normally sent directly to the Haliffax Hawks and will be applied to the Players Account.  Any remaining balance is payable by the family.

Halifax Hawks New to Hockey Fund

If selected the funds for the The New to Hockey Fund supports player and families who are brand new to the sport. If selected, the funding covers all registration fees with the exception of competitive fees (if applicable).

Halifax Hawks Player Support Fund

Open to all Hawks Players, the Hawks Player Support Fund is funded by the Hawks proceeds of the 50/50 annually to support those in need. The fund is designed to support access to hockey and can be used to help with registration, purchase of equipment, or team costs.
